The Excel invoice template is a complete customer invoicing system with the ability to store invoices, products and customers as well as monitor inventory levels and perform advanced invoice sales reporting. The architecture of the Excel invoice template allows adding, modifying and fast access to saved products, customers, and historical customer invoices. Product and customer lists can be imported from and exported back to text lists enabling integration with existing CRM or inventory management systems. Flexibility allows to manage products and customers independently of invoice creation as well as create invoices directly from the invoice template and save product and customer details for later use. Data integrity analysis made when updating information ensures that customer and product records are either added or updated accordingly. Detailed sales reporting based on invoices created between two specified dates shows breakdowns by products and customers. Sales analysis can be made on profitability, revenue, or sale volume with product and customer snapshot settings. Sales tax, discounts offered, shipping costs and uncollected revenue are separated out in the reporting for accounting and tax purposes. Input areas for predefined lists can be populated for customization and efficient work flow including shipping methods and costs, invoice terms and notes, tax rates and invoicing company information. Styles and logo can be changed to match business image.
