Basic changes:
[+] New file list component (More faster). [+] New file list info bar with current full path, with size of current location and with count files and folders.
[+] New possibility to manage columns in file list (Button on the right side of the file lists)
[+] New thumbnails feature (supported formats: JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG, PCX, WMF, ICO, TGA, TIF, WBMP).
[+] The file list shows now a thumbnails and has an options: the size (100x100, 75x75 or 50x50), to show colors and to show the size of a image.

Basic functions and features:

Program can scan any drive (HDD (SCSI), CD/DVD, FDD, Mapped Network Drives, Removable, RAM Drives, ZIP Drives, MO Drives) or any folders existing in the system. Program is compatible with all Windows-supported file systems, including FAT, FAT32, and NTFS.

Program can save all information about folders and files in an own HIGH-SPEED database. Also you can add/edit description to any object in database. Build-in folder size counting.

Program can very fast and convenient file list for viewing and locating necessary file or folder.

Can create many catalogues (volumes) and you as can set a place where to keep them. File size of each volume is very small (minimum place for maximum information), so you can share it through Internet or freely keep them on floppy. There is an ability to arrange volumes by Name, Size, Creation time and Modification time.

Can quickly search for any files in any volumes by filename, size, time, description (and by mp3 tags: title, album, artist, comment, bitrate) and then jump to the necessary object. Also is very quick search: you can start writing file name of folder and program fill jump to it in real time.

Can read archives (build-in engines for: ZIP (WSZ, WMZ), RAR (R0.), ACE, ARJ (A0.), CAB, LZH, LHA, JAR, ZOO, TAR, HA) and take from them the information on files and directories. It’s planed to implement ARC, ZLIB, HYP, MAR.

Full scanning of video (AVI, MPEG), music (MP3 tags v1/1.1 and v1.2)).

Thumbnails feature (supported formats: JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG, PCX, WMF, ICO, TGA, TIF, WBMP).

Calculating CRC32, MD5 and MD4 (eDonkey2000 hash) checksums and then you can create eDonkey2000 links.

Export to the XML format with many options.

Open and use volumes:

Choose any volume from the volume list and the program will automatically load this file, and show properties, folder structure and file list.

Creating new volumes:

In the toolbar press 'Scan & Save' button, then you will see the dialog, there you can choose any option for scanning, paths and names for a future volume. You must enter a new volume name, file name and choose which drive or folder do you want to scan.

There are a lot of options for the scanning:

The program allows to scan both single sources, and multiple. You can choose a mode of scanning. As for convenience the program can place sources as special folders (separators). It will be usefull, if you want to add new sources in volume after.

You as can specify which types of files to add in volume.

Scan options:

Set description after scanning - program will ask after scanning for description for this new volume.

Scan subfolders - program will scan subfolders too.

Save hidden and system files – program will proceed all files, include hidden and system.

Save file attributes – program will save file attribute to the volume (if you don’t want to use file attributes – disable this option, it may cause volume file size decrease).

Don't save empty folders or sources - program will not include into volume empty folders or sources.

Calculate signatures:

CRC32 checksum – calculate for each file CRC32 checksum.

MD4 checksum – calculate for each file MD4 checksum, or eDonkey2000 hash code.

MD5 checksum – calculate for each file MD5 checksum.

Save media information:

Video info (AVI, MPG) – save main information about video files: width, height, bitrate, codecs, length, channels and more.

Music info (MP3) – save mp3 tag information: title, artist, album, year and other.

Also is available powerful option: scan directory-like files:

Program can open and read all file-directory structure of ZIP, WSZ, WMZ, RAR (R00, R01, …), ACE (C00, C01, ...), CAB, ARJ (A00, A01, …), LZH (LHA, LZS), JAR, ZOO, TAR, HA archives.

Additional options:

Eject after scan – program will eject CD-ROM tray after scanning.

Searching.

In the toolbar press 'Search' and you will see search dialog. You can search for filename by using wildcards (* - zero or more characters, ? - single character). Also you can search by file size, created time and description.

There are some options:

Look in all volumes - program will search in all volumes, that you can see in volume list.

Case sensitive - the big and small letters will be distinguished.

Look in archives - program will look also in archives

Look only in archives - program will look only in archives

Proceed directories - program will search as well for folders.

All results of search will be submitted in the list below. By pressing button 'Jump' or by double clicking on the file in this list, program will automatically jump to the given file in the volume.

Button 'Clear' will clear all searched files.

Descriptions:
You can add description for an any file or folder in the list, just type your description into edit box at the bottom of the program and after, when you add all descriptions that you want, just press 'Apply changes and changes will be saved to the volume file.
