Initial step in finding information in PublicPIM is to learn the connectivity between Subject Tables and how you can use your own particular style for accessing or inputting this information according to your particular needs.

Setting your own personal style and discipline for maintaining your information
PublicPIM is all about personal freedom and being able to store your information in whatever manner you choose.

Subject Tables - These are files which hold information relating to the name of the Table identified with a tbl prefix.
People - Individual people
Groups - Generally entities where more than one person gathers, such as a company, association, or social club.
Addresses - Individual Addresses
Connects - Originally known as the Phone Table but with all of the other methods of connecting to People or Groups
deferred to Connects Table to reflect Phones, URLs, eMails, and can be dynamically be added to if other
methods become available.
Products - Very basic information initially but can be added to if necessary for expanded applications.
Projects - Again very basic information but can be added to if necessary for expanded applications.

Join Tables - Those Tables that join the Subject Tables together to make relationships and where the description of that relationship is and identified with a jtbl prefix.

Suggested Tables for expanding beyond the PIM nature of PublicPIM
Adjective Table - One to One example aTblAdjPeo where each Record in People Table has an associated Adjective Record where additional information about the person such as birth date or social security number could be stored.

Other Subject Tables - Using the same structure as the established Tables, other Subject/Join Tables could be added as necessary to expand PublicPIM into any kind of application wanted.
