Additional attributes of the planned transaction.

The planned transaction can be created the same way an ordinary transactions (simple and compound) are. For full information see the Transactions section. The planned transaction is differ from the usual by the following additional attributes:

How to use planned transaction.

Planned transactions by default to the day after tomorrow appear in Transactions tab (see Transactions article) at the bottom table. After setting a different Date range, then planned transactions for this date range will be shown.

In addition to a convenient reminder functionality for the planned transaction, it is as handy way to manage them.

You can delete transactions you don't need. You can even delete it in parts (to reduce the planned amount). This is useful when you making payment not at once but in parts. To do this, select it and enter the amount on which you want to reduce transaction and press the delete transaction button "-".

To change any planned transaction to actual you can edit it or simply select it and click the "Record" button.

Besides the fact that you can look at how much you have planned transaction (including filters) an sum, you can also assess the balance of accounts in the future. Also, all reports can be tailored to the planned transaction, by setting the Date range filters.

As a result, we can say that planning is a very powerful and flexible tool. If you spend a little time and schedule all recurring charges and income at once, as well as all that may be provided in the future, then only slight adjustement will be enough to give an accurate prediction of many aspects of your financial affairs and will significantly edvance your accounting itself.

Working with the "Planning" tab.

The Planning tab is similar to the Transactions tab (see Transactions), except that the Planning tab is only a table of the planned transaction. Working with these transactions is identical to work with actual transactions on the Transactions tab, except that in the planned transaction has the additional attributes:

All planned transactions for this tab appear on the Transactions tab at the bottom of the table already with the type and timing of planning and repetitions. In addition they can participate in the records, calculating the balance for the future and so on, equal to the actual transactions.
