Open the dialog Internet Options
With the Internet Explorer menu bar
(1) Select Tools / (2) Select Internet options

(10) For the protocols HTTP and FTP enter the address127.0.0.1
and port8080.
(11) Exit dialog Proxy Settings with OK
(12) Exit previous dialog Local Area Network (Lan) Settings with OK

(13) Select the used item myDialUp for your internet access
(14) Click on Settings
