Getting Started
MIX Assign and Sends
Press a MIX key to select the mix you want to view and work with.

The current mix status is displayed in the lower part of the strip LCDs. The name of the current mix selected is displayed in the lower status bar of the screen.

You can work with aux and matrix sends on faders or rotary encoders. Configure this option in the ROUTING page for each mix master.

For stereo sends, independent PAN is provided. For fader mixes, the channel fader becomes the send level control and PAN uses the strip encoders. For encoder mixes, PAN uses the shifted encoder function and the fader is not affected.

There are two ways to view the mix:

Master view - Press a master MIX key to view all the sends and assignments from the inputs to that master using the channel strips.

Channel view - Press an input channel MIX key to view all its sends and assignments to the masters using the master strips.

Note - Make sure you are working with the correct mix. After making your adjustments remember to return to your main mix. Turning off the MIX key automatically returns to your configured main mix.

To assign a channel - Hold down the ASSIGN key while pressing the channel MIX key. To assign all on or off, hold while pressing the master MIX key. Assigned channels display ON in the strip LCD.

To change pre/post fader settings - Hold down the PRE/POST FADE key while pressing the channel SEL key. To toggle all pre or post, hold while pressing the master SEL key. Channels set pre-fade display PRE in the strip LCD.
Note - Post-fader sends follow the fader level but get their source as set in the ROUTING page option.

To adjust the upper encoder scale - For mixes that have two rotary functions, hold down the ROTARY SHIFT KEY while turning the control.
Note - You can change which function is presented on the strip rotaries in normal mode, shifted mode, or when Alt View is pressed. Do this from the SURFACE SETUP / Alt View page.
